We use various evaluation methods (DCF, market multiples, etc.)

Sell the Company

We prepare a confidential business report and develop the market approach strategy together with the customer – we make direct contact with potential buyers/investors or send the sales opportunity to an existing database or send a public communication.

Buy a Company

We follow the buyer’s due diligence and provide all necessary documents. When determined the buyer is negotiated a purchase contract, being prepared and executed together with the buyer and seller.

Integration Support
